A friend of mine has floor listed along with her steps and other activities and I can't find where I would add this to my Inspire HR?

Unfortunately, the Inspire HR doesn't track floors - they left out the necessary sensor in order to keep it as small as possible.

That should probably be in the description...I was thinking about getting one when my Charge 3 dies...now I'll know better!

Can you manually add floors to the app? Why else would it show as an option?

You will still see the Floors climbed option on your app if you’ve had a previous Fitbit or one still connected that tracks floors climbed. If the Inspire was the only tracker to be on your account it will not show the floors climbed option on the app.
