After logging exercise, Inspire HR deletes active minutes

After weeks of active minutes randomly deleting for me (and seemingly lots of HR users) the problem stopped, but now even when the app correctly logs my active minutes when I go and add the exercise to the log it deletes them! It keeps earlier active minutes from the same day, but when I log my spin workout (which the app doesn't auto-recognize) it just deletes all the active minutes, calories, and seemingly heart rate data (though I can't tell for sure). I have been actively updating the app, doing resets of my watch and everything suggested in other forums. What else should I do to stop this from happening?

When you manually log the exercise session, Fitbit overwrites any data that was actually recorded and replaces based on the parameters you input.  That is one reason why it is better to us the Exercise App, always recording it as it happens, and then keeping that data.

When you manually log an activity, it's like Fitbit assumes you are doing that because you were not wearing the tracker.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
