Hello,
I have a Fitbit Inspire HR that I bought about 6 weeks ago (after my multi-year Alta stopped working properly). I'm on Version 20001.63.12
I'm another victim of the silent alarms not working - I see that there are two active on weekdays, 5:00 a.m. and 5:10 a.m., and I reset / resync the band every few days. Today (Tuesday) it failed to go off again. Ironically, it went off Saturday morning for some bizarre reason.
This seems to be a chronic issue with the model - is there a response besides "reset the band / timezone"?
As with many in this community, I love the product and it's really a part of my lifestyle - BUT besides time & steps, the alarm is the single most important feature. If I can't get this working, I'm returning it and finding another product from another company.
More features are fine, but please don't neglect the basics. Thank you.
Tom

@TCozz Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your silent alarms and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try deleting the alarms, save and sync. Log out from the app, restart your phone and restart your tracker then log back in. After this set the alarms again.
Let me know how it goes.

Alvaro,
This partially worked - after a month or so of working, the band didn't go off this morning. It's incredibly frustrating, especially since there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when it fails.
I have plenty of battery and check the band regularly to ensure that it's synced, etc.
When a manufacturer continues to tell customers to 'delete the alarms, save, sync, log out, restart, etc.', it seems to be an indicator that device/firmware itself is faulty.
What is the solution? Should I return this and take my chances, or find another product? When will we have a firmware / software fix for this?
For the record, I LOVE Fitbit products and want to continue being a customer. And for me, after the clock, the silent alarm is THE MOST IMPORTANT feature of my Fitbit. My Inspire HR is just not trustworthy to get me up in the morning. That's pretty bad.
Thank you for reading.
