Alarms not syncing to Inspire 2

I keep trying to set new alarms in my Fitbit app but they disappear when I try to sync it. I’m able to delete alarms and have it save but not add new ones. Rebooting doesn’t seem to work. How can I solve this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tstephi. I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to set new alarms in your Fitbit app. Thank you for letting us know that rebooting your tracker doesn't work. I'll be happy to assist. 

Please try setting up your tracker as a replacement device:

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon.
  2. Tap Add more devices.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
