Inspire syncs all data with Fitbit app except the alarms. The alarms all say “not synced yet”. I’ve manually synced the app and no change. I’ve rebooted the inspire multiple times and deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Help!

Hi there, I am having an issue where my alarms won't sync between the fitbit app on iPhone and the fitbit device. I can't add/change any alarms, although I was able to delete the old ones so it is not waking me up at odd times. I have updated the app and it has not helped. The alarms are kind of an essential function for me so that I don't wake up anyone else in the morning.

I’m having the same problem here. All of my old alarms are still there and I can turn them on and off but I can’t add any new ones or update any of the old ones

@JenL7 @Cyndik @TTKM , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and for your efforts.
Do you see the alarms grayed out on the app? Or do you get another error message besides “not synced yet”?
Could you please attach a picture of the Fitbit app where the alarms are listed so that I can see what you are looking at on your app?
See you around.

Same issue. I was late to work because my alarm never went off. My inspire HR says it synced but the alarm says “not synced yet” and nothing I do will fix it.

I'm also having the same issue. I've tried restarting my app, removing my device from the app and re-adding it, and tried deleting the alarms and reinstating them. I now have 4 alarms instead of 2. Each alarm now has an extra one of the same. It is so frustrating.

am having the same issue, can’t seem to change the alarms at all. Silent alarms are one of my most favourite features and I hope this is solved soon.

Hi, I've been using Fitbit Inspire 2 for awhile now. About a week ago I started having problems with my silent alarms. My device will sync (all the steps, exercises, sleep scores, etc.) but the silent alarms just won't sync with it. They keep loading or show "Not synced yet" status. I also can't toggle the button to switch them on and off and if I set a new one it's somehow duplicates itself without me doing anything.
If I set an alarm, sometimes my watch will vibrate and sometimes it won't. I can't really tell if the alarm is set or not so it's becoming a bit annoying. I just spend an hour chatting with support and doing everything they suggested like rebooting, re-installing the app, clearing cache but nothing helped. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do to solve it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi everybody ! Thank you for your messages and pictures attached.
For those on Android devices, please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app version (it was released recently)
Then go to the settings on the phone and clear the cache, restart your phone (off/on)
Try setting the alarms again and sync them.
For those on iOS: try turning the phone off/on. And try setting the alarms again and sync them.
Keep an eye open should an Fitbit app update be released for your mobile devices.
Hope this helps

Hi Juan,
have done so (am on iPhone) and alarms are still not synced/functioning. Everything else are synced. Thanks.

Same problem with my Inspire HR. Gets annoying as it won't let you delete the old alarms and I think you can only set 8 alarms before you max out. I just had to reinstall the app to get rid of the old ones, but the same problem persists.

Hi Juan,
My phone had already updated the app.
I cleared cache, restarted phone and fitbit, still with same results.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve rebooted the inspire, force quit the app, restarted my iPhone and deleted all of the alarms and tried adding them again. They still will not sync and keep repeating the alarms every time I add a new on it automatically replicated it.
