Inspire syncs all data with Fitbit app except the alarms. The alarms all say “not synced yet”. I’ve manually synced the app and no change. I’ve rebooted the inspire multiple times and deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Help!

I have an iPhone and turned it on and off which did not fix the problem. I also deleted the Fitbit from the app and reconnected it and that did not work either.

Any resolution on this? It’s really frustrating not being able to set alarms properly or know if they are working. Have tried all that’s been suggested and still not working. Thanks

I'm in the same boat - it started this week. I've done all the tricks suggested. Strange that it happened to all of us this week.

Fitbit had an update on Oct. 20th - do you have an ETA for one that will fix this issue?

Add me to the list of those that can not sync there silent alarms on Inspire HR. Was there not a recent update to the APP? Appears to be when the problem started and as noted by others this is very frustrating!! Turning the phone off & on is not a working solution, please find a solution to this problem ASAP. Thanks.

Hey Juan, I’m also having this same issue with no alarms syncing, the sleep tracker doesn’t sync either. I’ve done all the steps you’ve suggested along with uninstalling the app, forgetting the Fitbit, turning the phone off and on. Nothing is working and I’m very frustrated by this. We can’t use the Fitbit anymore because the alarms are at really bad times for our current schedule. What is Fitbit going to do to fix this major bug issue?

If they don’t fix the issue soon I’ll end up having to switch to another smart watch company. Not right we pay for specific things when we purchase a watch and it stops working.

Add me to the list of frustrated Inspire2 users. Silent alarms just won't sync. Thankfully the alarms that were set before the bug are still on my watch so I can select them to turn on but I cannot add a new alarm. Shame on Fibit for not fixing this major bug after so long.
For those with duplicated alarms, in the past, logging off and on will fix the problem

I am using Inspire HR, and facing the same problem.

Exact same as everyone else. Problem started with the update. Hopefully this will be fixed soon or I will also have to go to a different type of smart watch. The alarm is a huge feature for me.
