Inspire syncs all data with Fitbit app except the alarms. The alarms all say “not synced yet”. I’ve manually synced the app and no change. I’ve rebooted the inspire multiple times and deleted and reinstalled the app with no success. Help!

Hiya. It’s not just your Fitbit, I’m afraid. There’s quite a few reports of the same issue. Mine is having the same issue too. The Fitbit tech support team have been made aware of this and is apparently looking into it. Hopefully there’s going to be a fix and probably a software update soon. Fingers crossed! I have not had any issues with my Fitbit for the past 4 years until two weeks ago when the alarms won’t sync. Let’s hope they find out what’s wrong and can fix it for us.

Randomly it looks like mine may be working again - no longer saying waiting to sync and I can delete additional alarms without any problem. Massive relief as I have hated having an alarm wake me an hr earlier than needed on some days

Agreed. Mine synching now, too. Hope it lasts.

Strangely I have one alarm that I can’t delete, toggle on or off or edit?
everything else seems okay though

Same, have one alarm that I can’t edit, delete or turn on. Everything else seem okay.

I can set some alarms now but when I add a new one it still duplicates the alarm and shows the second one as not synced. Also have the two alarms at the top which can’t be edited or deleted.

Hi Lizzy,
Still having the same issues I listed above.
I have the most recent Android app, have rebooted device & phone multiple times.
Still getting the 'waiting to sync' notice when viewing alarms. On Fitbit itself old alarms are visible that were set maybe 4-6 weeks ago , no new alarms has transferred over.
Thank you

Hi there, @Kerra91 and @ChefDV.
Thanks for the details and efforts while working on this situation. Let me share our team is actively working on a sync improvement to help ensure that Silent Alarm Syncing is more robust for all our members.
I apologize for the duplicate alarms issues you're encountering. Our team is investigating this issue and is also working on a manual work-around to delete the duplicate alarms coming this month.
Your feedback is appreciated and in the meantime, please make sure to keep your Fitbit device syncing so the rest of your details can stay updated on the Fitbit app.

I can add alarms but when I do it duplicates it and the duplicate one says ‘not synced yet’. If I delete the ‘not synced yet’ one it doesn’t give an error but doesn’t go until I go and manually do the sync now.
Yes I have tried rebooting phone and restarting tracker.
My phone is an IPhone11 and I’m running iOS 16.1. Hope that helps. Thanks

Hi everyone!
Thanks for your continued reports and efforts while working on this matter. For the ones still having issues with duplicate silent alarms, let me recommend the following steps:
Please repeat this step for each of the duplicate or unwanted alarms with a "Not Synced Yet" message and keep me posted on the outcome.

Thank You @LizzyFitbit
This is now working for me -
I added a new alarm to test just now.
While it doesn't sort the alarms chronologically on the Fitbit - it did work by removing the old alarms that were still stuck in Sync mode.
Hope this fix continues to work.
