Alarms won't sync on brand new tracker !

I got a new Inspire HR and the silent alarms won't sync. I have tried everything it says to do to fix this but nothing has worked. Does anyone know how to fix this? I need my silent alarms. I am using an I-phone.

Hiya. It’s not just your Fitbit, I’m afraid. There’s quite a few reports of the same issue. Mine is having the same issue too. The Fitbit tech support team have been made aware of this and is apparently looking into it. Hopefully there’s going to be a fix and probably a software update soon. Fingers crossed! I have not had any issues with my Fitbit for the past 4 years until two weeks ago when the alarms won’t sync. Let’s hope they find out what’s wrong and can fix it for us.
