Alert at 10k 20k 30k steps

My husband and I have the exact same Inspire 2. Mine alerts me to my step goal of 10k and then at every multiple after (20k, 30k).  My husband’s does not.

 For the life of us, we can’t figure out how to make his alert at any multiple after 10k.  Any thoughts?

 

 We love this feature! It’s by far my favourite thing about the inspire after I switched from my old Alta.

I think that has nothing to do about the Inspire 2.  It's a setting somewhere on the phone app.

Compare your settings on phone app, Profile pic (top right) > Notifications

to see if there is a difference between your and husband's settings there, maybe Step Goal Milestones; or maybe one of the other settings categories, I'm not sure exactly which one but do think it is one of those phone app settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
