All kinda problems with my Inspire HR since the update

Since the Aug 2020 update this is what my device is doing/not doing...

 

1.  Heart rate not showing, no green lights on the back

2.  Scrolling has become nonexistent, impossible, unresponsive, half **ahem** and frustrating

3.  Battery has drained 2X during the night


I’ve spent numerous hours the last few days troubleshooting the HR Tracker using the forum . Updated and restarted using the charging cable and the new option (reboot) in the settings on the HR device. Toggled the HR on/off in the setting of the HR device (no option in the app as stated in troubleshooting). Charged the HR device numerous times. Cleaned contacts on the back of the HR device. Changed clock face 3X...

 

Whats next?

Sorry to hear about your Inspire HR not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I noticed that you  already have a ticket with our Support team so keep working with them to find a solution to this issue.

Since my last post... your customer service and my HR being within the warranty period provided me with a 50% off my next FitBit purchase. Right now as I am eating lunch and typing this reply, my new Versa 2 is on my non-dominate wrist picking up where the HR left off.
