I got a a new inspire 2 as my old one broke with band. It keeps synching to old one and not new one. I have tried several things but need direction on what to try to solve this so I can use it.

Hi @Daphnerae remove the old Inspire 2 from your account and get it out of range of the new one. Set it up as a replacement device on an existing account. That should do it.
