Hello, since a couple of days I open the app, it synchronises, but stops when I touch the screen. Iphone just goes to the apps screen. Anyone with the same issue?
Since the Fitbit app shuts down when you touch the screen I understand you can’t log out of the app. I’d try force shutting the fitbit app by swiping it upward then turn off your iPhone for about 1-2 mins then restart your iPhone and try to open the Fitbit app again to see if the problem persist. 😉 Hopefully that helps.
