App isn't synchronizing my food with my burn callories

Hi,

The app stopped synchronizing my food with my burn calories since yesterday evening.
No matter what I do, the app says that I haven't eaten anything during the day. The food I added is visiblble in the list under 'dinner' or 'snack' but the calories aren't added nor caluclated with my burn calories. I need to calculate everything with my calculator to find out the difference between my eaten calories and my burn calories...

I have re-started the fitbit and also re-installed the app, but nothing worked.

How can I fix this?

@Sonea_ Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you log out from the Fitbit app, restart your phone and log back in.

Hope this helps.

This doesn't work too. All the other tracking ist going on regular, but not what Sonea discribed.

I already tried that before, but it doesn't work >_<

But, I just found out that I can log my food while using the dashboard on the computer, so the problem is in the app.

It's indeed not working, but I just found out that I can log my food while using the dashboard on the computer, so the problem is in the app.
