Hi,

 

I have an inspire HR and it works although the Fitbit app doesn't display any heart rate whatsoever. I have followed the troubleshooting and made sure that my heart rate monitoring settings are on 'ON'. My device is continuously syncing and all the tiger data does show. Please explain how I can make my heart rate information visible in the app?  Many thanks

Thanks for checking those options in your Fitbit Inspire HR and for trying those steps. If you're not able to see the heart rate details in your Fitbit app, please make sure that the HR tile is been added to the main Dashboard. You can follow these instructions: What’s the new Fitbit app experience?
