App not showing complete heart rate information

My heart rate no longer shows on the app although it is on the Inspire 2 itself. My resting heart rate is there but not my active heart rate. Help recommended I delete the app and reinstall it. Now when I try to sign in it it flips me over to Active Fit and doesn’t log in to Fitbit at all!  Help!

Thanks for providing the details regarding the situation with your Inspire 2.

Please, try to follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the information is available now.

If that doesn't resolve, try to clear the cache and data on your Fitbit app.
