App not showing heart rate data

I can see from a search that this is clearly an ongoing issue.  However, none of the solutions I've found have worked for me.

My inspire is reading my heart rate.  It tells me so right on the device, and in the app.  However I apparently have no resting heart rate and no measurements recorded despite having the inspire on for a couple days now.  

Any advice greatly appreciated.

My inspire hr is doing the same thing but only since today. It all of a sudden even forgot hr data from past weeks. It will show my current hr in the app but no data. I’m hoping it’s from the app update today or whatever trouble they are having with the site. Fingers crossed it gets sorted out by tomorrow.

I can see my heart rate on my device, and some data in the dashboard & app, but I don't see a graph to track my heart rate over time (especially my heart rate while I'm sleeping & while I'm exercising). I'd really like to track my heart rate this way - kinda why I bought the monitor in the first place. Is this still in development? How/when do I get to graph my heart rate?

I am incredibly discouraged by my Fitbit experience so far. 

I've replied on another thread about my issue with alarms. 

When trying to figure out the heart rate thing , I found numerous threads for other devices where moderators replied to every post, but here, there has been no moderator reply. 

This is the only thread I've found talking about the specific issue I am having- the device shows my heartrate, but the app shows my resting HR as --.

I have reset my device,  I have reinstalled the app. I can't find screenshots showing the menus which should allow auto HR updating - and following the directions I can find, it seems I have different menus than described. 

I keep pressing the help button on the HR menu-and it tells me about HR zones, but nothing about getting my HR to display.
