Just got the Fitbit HR and the app shows me calories burned from long time before I even bought it.
It shows I've been burning 1735 calories since forever and a total to this day of 582,077 calories!
So my statistics are not correct, how can that be fixed?

@Castro82 Welcome! It's because Fitbit calculates your BMR (the minimum calories you burn just from being alive). Even though you weren't using a Fitbit at the time, it's just adding in those calories you would have burned at rest regardless by using your age, height, weight, sex, and BMI.

Those are your BMR (basal metabolic rate) calories that you are always burning just by being alive. They are always credited, even when not wearing the tracker. And they are extended historically into the past when starting out.
For more on this, see How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?

Fitbit OS really not tracking the calories for days before the Fitbit account was created.
When the user taps on any day the user is asking Fitbit to display what it knows about this day. Since the user has no steroids recorded for the day Fitbit uses, as mentioned above, your BMR.
This would be the same as if the tracker wad left home tomorrow.
