App updated now won't connect to fitbit

Last week, I updated the Fitbit app on my phone, and then my fitbit wouldn't sync.

I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. No luck syncing.

I then deleted the Inspire in the app to try reconnecting it. Won't connect to it via Bluetooth.

Please help.

 

Update: the app also won't sync with my Aria scale.

Let me help you with your Inspire and Aria not syncing with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleLets try refreshing the link between your phone and your devices by doing the following: 

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here (includes instructions for Aria too).

My Fitbit flex won’t sync with my iPad neither after I updated it, it just keeps looking.
