App won’t let me add entries like food or water logs, or let me look at data such as sleep or calories. I’ve disconnected app, Bluetooth, turned phone on and off more then 4 times and still the same. Is anyone else having app issues or can advise?

My Fitbit will not let me add entrees on the screen. None of them will even open up. I have not had my Fitbit for even a week yet. Please help
