Appreciate HR3 vs Inspire HR Feedback

I am a long time FB owner, unfortunately they don't seem to last long so I am looking to replace my HR2.   (another cracked screen, ugh!) I have read all the stats to compare, but just wonder if anyone has tried both the HR3 (Charge 3) and the Inspire HR and has some "real world" feedback, esp anyone used to the HR2. I like the sleeker look of the Inspire, but in this forum people don't seem to like it very well or think it's very accurate. Features I most use are:  sleep, HR, steps, active minutes, and the ability to get parts of text or phone call to display on my phone, and I believe both of these have these features.  Thanks!

Hi @mkissl  I am assuming by HR3 you mean the Charge 3? If so, yes I have used both the Charge 3 and the Inspire HR. The winner for me is the Inspire HR. I have a small wrist and findnit more comfortable, especially at night. I also find there is less 'extra steps' when driving or cycling. I do like the look of the Charge 3 and didnt have any major problems with it, but would go for the Inspire HR for ease of use, accuracy and comfort. I think it is probably a close call though and if you dont have skinny wrists like I do then it may well change the comfort of the Charge 3.

Thank you Nelly, appreciate your comparison.  I did mean the Charge 3, I thought someone called it the next gen for what I thought the Charge 2 HR was nicknamed.  I'll see if I can update my original post. Maybe I made that up, lol.

I've no experience with the charge 3 but after 3 days with my inspire hr I'm bringing it back. Maybe mine is faulty but it has been counting steps while I am a passenger in the car. I wouldn't mind if I was driving and it mistook gear changes etc.. not sure the sleep is accurate either. Looked at last night's stats and it said I was awake 5 mins at midnight but I know i was up longer than that as I was feeding my baby.

As I said maybe mine is faulty but I am extremely disappointed as I had done plenty of research and thought the inspire hr was the right fit for me.
