@Holliehox82 I hope you're doing well!

Thank you for your inquiry and sorry for the late reply. As stated on the product's page:

"SWIMPROOF + SWIM TRACKING

Swimproof, so you can wear your tracker in the shower, pool and beyond. Plus, automatically track how long you’re swimming."

@JamieL23 @sailorbear510 @MarciM thank you for sharing your input here.

Let me know how it goes.

I can see that the Inspire HR is water resistant to 50m, but what about the regular Inspire? It stands to reason that it is also a swim tracker, but it certainly is not clear in the descriptions...

The Fitbit Inspire is waterproof as well as the Fitbit Inspire HR. They are both water proof.

Definitely waterproof. I've accidentally run it through my laundry about 5 times and it is still ticking!

I’ve used my Inspire 3 twice in the pool. It goes whacky. The face stays lit half a second and the Art rate I briefly saw was crazy(183). I’m no Olympic swimmer. As soon as I dry it off it goes back to normal mi think it did keep track of the time. Kind of disappointing.

 My inspire 3 doesn’t work properly in the pool. The face lights up <1 second and one heart rate measure was 183bpm (should have been about 120). Tried twice. Works fine as soon as dried off.
