My Fitbit will not charge or reset. I cleaned the connection as suggested. Connected to the charger overnight. Tried to reset per the instructions. What next?

Hi @KGoff70, have you made sure that the pins are lined up exactly on the charger?

Apparently my last sync was 2:39 am on Thursday......ummm I am around my phone all the time. I have it on the charger now and it vibrates like it is charging, but no battery level is showing up.

I am also having this issue. It sort of "reset" a couple of times over the last few weeks, and then a few weeks ago it just stopped turning on all together. I have cleaned the contacts, tried different wall chargers, plugged it in my computer, left it plugged in for 24 hours on both wall charger and computer, pressed the button for 5 seconds while on and off the charger several times (plugged into the wall and computer)....nothing works. It's dead. Sucks that I can't get help right now.

I had the same problem - blank screen and following the instructions did not restart my device.
With the charger plugged into my computer, I wiggled the part that touches the Inspire. Then the restart instructions did work as expected. I'm not sure if my "fix" was a fluke or not, but it's worth a try.

It worked! I cleaned the connection with a qtip and rubbing alcohol, plugged it in and fiddled with the connection until it finally came back to life. Thank you.
