Just purchased for my daughter tracker dead.. charging over an hour fit bit does not want to turn on? Is it defective or allow more time?

Hi @Paloma1234 Is sounds defective. Try restarting it several times, but if it still wont come on you will need to return it to where you bought it from, or contact Fitbit Support if you got it from the Fitbit online store (link in my signature)

I was able to see here that our friend @NellyG provided some instructions in order to fix this turning on issue. Was this the answer you were looking for?
