Please add an audible alarm if heart rate reaches a set limit while sleeping. This can wake up the wearer, or alert a partner or service animal to intervene when a person is experiencing distress due to nightmares. People with Narcolepsy are often subject to prolonged dream states and are less able to wake up naturally from nightmares compared to the general population.

@Ybwenanit I'm sorry, but there isn't a way to add an audible alarm to the Inspire HR. It can only give vibration feedback. Also, as of right now, no Fitbit has a high or low heart rate alarm. I see that you posted a Feature Suggestion, exactly the place to start. Good luck.
