BPM remains on but does not register or track

BPM remains Grey on screen and is not registered my heart rate. 

I got this 3 days ago. It registered my BPM until midnight that night.  Everything else is working fine. 

I have: re-synced, it is turned "on"; i am wearing it correctly. 

I have followed previous suggestions on this forum.  Please help.
