My breathing rate on my inspire 2 is always 11 and on a few occasions it has gone up to 12 at best. I am 59 and in reasonably good health with a RHR in the low 60s and a cardio score close to 50. My sleep score is around 70 and I do suffer from allergic bronchitis. I wonder if my low BR of 11 as against the normal range of 12 to 20 has something to do with my bronchitis or do I have undiagnosed sleep apnea. Anyone here know what a low BR could imply?
