Badges not updating using Fitbit Inspire

I've noticed over the past couple of months the total number of times I've reached a badge step count goal the totals remains unchanged, I think the totals are stuck, any suggestions. I have a Fitbit Inspire

Let me help you with your missing badges. Where are you viewing these badges (website or app)? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? If you are using the app try logging out from it, restart your phone and log back in. If you are using a browser then clear its cache and cookies.

Hello

I'll try and attach the screen shot of one of my badges.

No matter how many times I surpass the step count for any badge the total
number of times I have done this does not increase. The total has become
stuck. This screen shot of the15000 step badge attached, has remained at
945 for months even though I generally walk more than that daily.

I've restarted my phone but it has not fixed it.

Hopefully this will be an easy fix. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
