What does the pulsing banner with the number 300 or 400 mean?

Hi there, @BTRFLY50. Welcome to the Community Forums.

To better assist you, please add a photo of the banner you're seeing so I can go from there:

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

Sorry.  It flies across the screen too quickly for me to take a photo.  It kind of resembles a banner ad that would be pulled by an airplane.  It flashes (like fireworks) and disappears.  It usually occurs when I stand up and start walking across the room, so I know I haven't reached or exceeded any exercise goals at that point.
