Battery draing in a few hours

I have had an Inspire HR for 6 months with no issue. All of a sudden,  yesterday the battery started draining in a few hours. I have reset it, charged it to full, restarted it again and restarted my phone and its still happening. It drained from 100% to 74% in one hour of me sitting and watching tv. I did wear it in the pool for the first time yesterday for about 20 min, but have worn it in the shower before with no issue and it's supposed to be waterproof. There does not appear to be water damage and there is no condensation in the screen. Please help.
