Hi. My Fitbit is less than a year old. I’ve been pretty gentle with it. It doesn’t even have scratches on the screen.
I received it as a gift, brand new from the retailer. I dont have a receipt or any paperwork. Just the quick start guide.
the battery dies in less than 24 hours. I have all day sync turned off and Bluetooth on my phone is shut off. I only sync it once when I wake up and once when I go to bed. It dies in the middle of the night. It seems to be charging fully when I do charge it.
It’s the regular inspire, no HR. I work in an office setting. I don’t move a whole lot. Is this something that Fitbit could replace or since I don’t have a receipt they won’t replace it? I’ve soft reset and factory reset. It’s updated too. I don’t know what else I can do.

You could always go to Customer Support here. They might be able to replace your Fitbit, since it is less than a year old.
