Since the firmware update, the battery life on my Inspire has greatly improved! I charged it Monday night, and as of Thursday night I'm only down to 54% with normal usage (call and text notifications, etc.) Just a shout out to Fitbit, thanks for fixing that issue!

I sure hope this is the problem I am having. I charge my Inspire HR to 100% and within 18 hours nothing shows on the screen- just black. When I put it on the charger it will say anywhere between 15-25% charge left. Why isn't the clock even working when it still has juice? I am doing an update right now to see if it is better. Next step would be to contact customer support. I have had it a few months and really like it so far...

I hadn't used my Fitbit ionic for around a year. Mainly battery was not good enough. Decided to try again this week. I picked up firmware update and can honestly say the battery has got so much better. Great job team
