Battery low notifications are no longer being sent to my Inspire HR. Earlier this week the battery on one device went totally flat and there had been no notification mail at all. Today a second device is showing the exclamation battery mark only but there has been no notification email.
I've checked both account settings and low battery notifications are still turned on.
Searching the forums it seems this has been reported before but none of the threads I found seem to have a proper answer in them.
This is happening with two devices on two separate accounts with notifications set to be sent to two different email addresses and no settings have been changed and no updates run since the last notifications arrived. It's particularly frustrating because the battery drain on one of these devices (both less than 3 months old) is very rapid.
Other than solving the problem, I've also been trying to find out the trigger battery level for notifications, the display only showing the battery warning and the level that devices stop communicating with paired phones.

Hi @SunsetRunner,
Have you checked the Spam folder in your email? Sometimes, some servers will think it's junk and automatically send it to the Spam folder.

@DramaQueenDiva Thanks for the suggestion but I checked the spam folder for both accounts and it's not there.
