Bedtime reminder not showing on Inspire HR

The bedtime reminder is not working on my device. It sends to my iPhone but nothing on the device. Silent alarms work etc but this feature does not. Any fix?

Let me help you with your bed time reminders on your Inspire HR. These reminders will show on your phone and on some Fitbit devices. These devices are Charge 3, Versa family and Ionic so you won't get them on the Inspire HR. You can read more about this here.

Wow, that is pretty lame. You have programmed the bedtime reminder into the app then you don't send the reminder to the the actual device. I am sorry your development team did not see this as a potential disappointment for people who bought this device. This represents a lack of vision from your development team that will definitely influence user expectation and assurance from your consumer base. I was given this device specifically to monitor my sleep patterns and hopefully to improve them. I am sure that I will not be the only one voicing this opinion.

@jjjhombre   I did a little searching and I believe the information given by @AlvaroFitbit is incorrect.  I say this because there are threads in the Blaze and Charge 2 forums about getting bedtime reminders.  A moderator includes an image of an Alta HR that says Time for bed.

Are you an iOS or Android phone user?  The reason I am asking is that I am an iOS user and the bedtime reminder has been hit or miss -- and mostly miss for some time now.

I use an iphone IOS. It is just a little disappointing. I have read they have been having trouble with IOS 13 and notifications and thought it must be this. I am using a silent alarm to overcome this issue.
