I noticed that on the exercise shortcuts for the Inspire HR, basketball is not listed as a shortcut. Which of the available shortcuts would be best suited for tracking basketball? Workout? Aerobic workout? Please share your thoughts.
I know there is autotrack, but I think there will be time where I explicitly want to track it.

Welcome to the forums!
When an Activity is not there used Workout mode. Then you can rename it to what you want. Basketball is listed under the exercise tab just not on the shortcuts. So you do not need to set up a custom one to rename it
Hope to see you around!

@ancilla Auto recognition and basketball won't work well as a option. The auto recognition feature works best with a continuous activity like walk, run, bike. In basketball, you go back and forth between playing and being on the bench. The auto recognition has a default 15 minute activity time before recognition. You can set it to 10 minutes. But I think you will miss some of the details you want if you use auto recognition. You might miss some time periods.
