My Sunday bike ride is synchronized twice. One is taken from my Strava account and the other is done via my inspire. Normally I only see one activity here, the one which is on my strava
Secondly, as the first activity is taken from strava, it doesn't seem to copy the data 100% correctly as the avg speed is way too low. So, where is that based on?
I tried attaching a screenshot but I received an error.

Hi, @Tissie90 it sounds like there’s a glitch with the link between your Fitbit account and your Strava account. When this happens it isn’t always clear where the issue is coming from. I would advise temporarily revoking the access of Strava to Fitbit and then re-setting it up again. Hopefully this will fix the issue.
