Thank you, this is so helpful! I contacted support before Thanksgiving. They couldn't figure it out and said they would have to look into it and email me. I never heard back. I was going to just cancel my subscription. Bingo is also the only reason why I pay. They should update their support staff so they can answer this question. I was also disappointed that I never received a reply back.
