Black Screen on Inspire HR

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi All,

I purchased my Fitbit Inspire HR back in May 2020. Yesterday, when I went to go look at the time, the screen did not light up. It was just a black display screen. I figured maybe it was out of charge, therefore, I charged it for a bit and still have no luck.

The green light on the back side lights up and if I try to reset it by holding down the button for about 5 seconds, it vibrates but nothing still shows up. The app says the battery percentage is 71% and it’s failing to sync.

Any ideas on why this isn’t happening?

Any help and/or advice would Ben greatly appreciated!!!

@ssaai It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It sound as if your tracker is intermittently syncing. I suggest you try these suggestions to help with the syncing issue. If you can sync your tracker then try changing the clock face to troubleshoot the screen.

Let me know how it goes.
