New Inspire HR does not appear to be working. Having fully charged and added to app I can only get a black line across the screen.
When I try and add a clock it says that the app cannot to the Inspire HR. Although the app keeps on showing as syncing with the Inspire HR.
I have deleted and re-added to the app three times and also followed the instructions to reset the Inspire HR but don't seem to be able to get past this stage.
Nothing happens when try to scroll on screen etc and just left with black line.
Has anybody got any further suggestions that they may have used to resolve a similar problem?

Hi @VickieO_22, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the black line that appears across the screen of your Inspire HR. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know if you restarted your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you also followed the setup process as instructed in this help page.
