Black screen, no haptics, won't reset

My fitibit Inspire will not turn on. The screen is blank. It won't reset while plugged into USB power, nor laptop, nor my phone.

 

I checked the app and it hasn't synced for a few weeks. My Google phone cannot find the device.

 

Now what do I do?
