Black screen on Inspire HR

Hi everyone,

 

Trying to find a solution to my problem. The screen is black, if you press the side button, it will beep but nothing showing on the screen. I find that it is still syncing to my account but you cannot see anything. I see many other posts about this problem but nothing on the website to fix this. 

 

Help! Fitbit Inspire HR probably only about 1 month + old.

Hi @miselocin  Try restarting your Inspire several times. If that doesnt help please come back here.
