Black screen on Inspire HR

We got two Fitbit Inspire HRs for Christmas as a gift and one is working while the other won't charge, turn off or on, update.... just a black screen. Is there a way to do a hard re-start? not sure what to do from here.

Hi @adiaspeer Oh dear, thatis disappointing. Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt get it turning on then you will need to return it to where it was bought, or if that is not possible, then contact Support
