Black screen on Inspire HR

My 8 month old Inspire HR has recently been not allowing me to tap to next screen. It hasn’t consistently recording my HR during sleep and now has gone black on the screen. Tried to reset multiple times after being fully charged. The only response is a vibration. No screen features. I then tried reinstalling it on the app, but I can’t see the code now on the screen to sync device to app. Please advise on any solutions. How does someone speak to an actual representative from Fitbit in customer service?

Just had the same thing happen to me. Has worked just fine up to about an hour ago.
