My screen went blank on my Inspire HR earlier today. I have tried recharging thinking the battery was low but this did not resolve the problem. It is still syncing with my Android p The device is not quite 6 months old. Any suggestions?

Let me help you with your unresponsive Inspire HR and thank you for charging it. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions and since it is still syncing also try changing the clock face.

My fitbit Inspire does not respond when I try to move the setting to heart, steps taken... excetera.
The steps are still recorded on my phone and computer. but I like to keep up to date with my steps as I walk.

Thanks for your response. I just saw your post a few moments ago. Mysteriously, my screen came back late yesterday afternoon on its own without any intervention on my part. I will keep your post archived in the event I have a similar problem in the future.

I woke up this morning and noticed my screen had gone black, despite trying to restart it and also having it on the charger. The HR is still glowing. Were you able to continue wearing your tracker and were steps synced and updated once the screen returned?

Yes, everything appears to have continued to function except for the screen

I am having this same exact issue. The screen is black and It will not restart. The green Is still glowing and every once in a while when I click the button on my fit bit it will flash to a very faint screen that shows a lightbulb and my charge percentage. It Flickers and then goes away and the touch screen will not work to interact && then it goes black and won’t turn on at all. It is still syncing with my phone but I have tried all day to get my Fitbit to work and it won’t work.

After having it on the charger for a bit (despite there being a charge) and making a few attempts at restarting, the screen did come back on and it's been working fine ever since.
