Black screen on Inspire HR

My Fitbit has gone black and vibrates every minute or so. When I reset it, all I see is a smiley face show up and then disappear and it returns to the vibrating. It disconnected from my bluetooth and won't reconnect. I have no idea how to trouble shoot this. 

 

I've only had this product for a little over a year and now I'm over my warranty. It seems like I was sold a faulty product.

Thank you for the information that you've provided regarding the screen of your Inspire HR that is not working properly. 

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
