Hi @Louiseg28, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Keep me posted.

Thank you for your reply. I've managed to get it to come on now by charging it and pressing the home button for a minute. It's so frustrating as this is happening alot. Thank you again

I had to plug mine in leave it 5 minutes and then keep my finger on the button for at least a minute if not longer. I did this about 4 times and it eventually came back on. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Mine is doing the same thing. The restart worked for a the first couple times but now it won’t turn on at all. It still tracks and vibrates but no screen.

Is there someone I could contact for my same issue? The restart is no longer working for my black screen and mine is less than a year old.

I have done all these things and occasionally I will get a smiley face icon but then nothing else happens. My screen stays black. It’s is fully charged, my app is up to date. I did the firmware update this morning, have restarted my phone and bluetooth, I have even removed the inspireHR from my Fitbit app. My iPhone does find my inspire to pair but because the screen remains black I cannot see the pin to enter to complete the pairing. I need help or a replacement ASAP. My inspire is less than 2years old. I do not shower or swim with it and I charge it often.
