Black screen on my Fitbit Inspire

I charged my Fitbit a few day’s ago and just haven’t put it back on. Now the screen remains black but it still vibrates if I hold down the side button and it vibrates if I put it in the charger. It’s still syncing to my phone, the app says it’s up to date and the app says it’s fully charged. Why can’t I see anything at all on my watch?

Let me help you with your Inspire screen not working. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also change the clock face.
