I purchased my inspire Hr Fitbit 24 days ago and it’s no longer working. It was working fine earlier and had 39% battery, I just glanced at wrist to check time and see it’s not totally black won’t reset and is getting very hot when charged. I’ve left it on charge to see if it changes still showing black and won’t reset. My app is stating that the device can not be found and no green lights On back of watch. So disappointing that this has happened a month after ownership

I’m having this issue too (no issues since purchased in November) the green light at the back has gone off too?!

I am having the same exact issue! However, I've been enjoying my HR Inspire since April '19. Initially over the past 2 weeks I noticed my battery power began to drastically drop, so much so that It would only last maybe 24 hr! Then it began having Sync issues and even my time was incorrect by like 30 minutes on a few occasions. Yesterday morning I took it off the charger and now no green light, App says 'looking' for device and it will not power on! I have attempted to do the reset and no response from device either. I think I read somewhere on here that there is a new update available but I am still on the old 1.63.5. Please help
