My inspire 2 suddenly had a man running and a stopwatch which wouldn't stop. Took me ages to get off that and back to the clock face. Then I was unable to scroll and discovered it was water locked. No tapping worked. Tried a reset by plugging in and squeezing sides. Smiley face came up and then nothing. No clock face just black screen. Repeated that several times. Nothing. It is fully charged. And still recording steps etc on my phone app. What can I try now?

Hi there, @BettyBo66. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen on your Inspire 2 went blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for getting back to me. I have synced, done the available update, changed the clock face too. Each time, I get the smiley face and then the screen goes black. It vibrates when I touch the sides, it is fully charged. It is also still sending information to my iPhone app. So it seems to be working. But it just seems to be the display that's not working.
