Blank Screen on Inspire HR

I see I am not the only one with the HR screen.

The device still keeps track of the steps/sleep, but I don't have a display.

this is the 3rd time it's happened in 5 weeks:  the first 2 times the display came back after a few hours, but this time it's been 2 days and no display.  I tried resetting the device to no avail.

 

The reason I purchased the HR is to avoid wearing a watch along with a Fitbit device.

 

My HR is 10 months old - is this the expected life of the device? 🤔

Let me help you with your Inspire HR screen not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try changing the clockface, save and sync and see how it responds to this.

Thanks, it just came back again on it's own.
As I mentioned, it's happened 3x now, the 3rd time it was over 24 hours
before the display came back.

Still wondering what the life of the device is supposed to be...
