Blank screen on Fitbit app for Andriod with Inspire HR

Hello all, first time on board. I have been using my Fitbit Inspire HR for the last six months without any issues. Here's whats going on?

Tried opening my Fitbit app today and all I got was a blank screen. I have since, restarted my phone( a Moto G5P plus) several times, cleared app memory, forced closed the app, uninstalled the app, and reinstalled the app, and still have a blank Fitbit screen.

I can access the Dashboard from my laptop and see yesterdays activities. Any ideas?

@jsygrls I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not working on your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try uninstalling the app and installing the latest version of it from the Play store. Also make sure that the phone has enough internal memory so apps work fine.

Let me know how it goes.

Fitbit support, where I also iniated a support request....did answered,
stating, that my Moto 5g+ was not currently supported, even thought I had
been using several different FITbit devices for several years. And
suggested that some "update" probably changed its operation. Basically good
luck.

Well to go on, after trying "ALL THE BASIC FIXES" without any luck....i
backed up my Andriod first, then *reset* the Moto5+ to factory default.
Well the long story is now short....FIXED and my MOTO 5+ has been working
fine since.

Yes, it takes a little work getting the device back to where
was...shortcuts/features..etc.. but worth it....saved the cost of a new
phone on the Fitbit supported list...as I did entertained the thought of
...what would buy next!
